I spoke with Alice Rochester on a phone call after I’d made an enquiry on their website- she got back to me promptly and we began discussing designs for a pendant to mark the birth of my daughter. We spoke about different options and Alice came back with some initial designs which were thoughtful and even included some additional designs in the same vein we spoke about. We settled on a design and Alice gave me some rough estimates for when the pendant would be ready - I enjoyed working with Alice and would recommend her!Alice was very transparent on costs and on the breakdown of the work involved. I was told that Chung Shan would be working on my pendant and I can say that he has done incredible work and the craftsmanship is beautiful. I was very lucky to have him work on it!My pendant was completed within the timeframe given and it looks honestly stunning and I am so happy with it!
