We bought a 1.25ct oval cut sapphire and a 0.05 carat diamond to be made up into an art deco pendant. Bethany Moffatt was very helpful in helping getting to a design we were happy with. Then they sent us a CAD drawing to check. They took on board our comments and we were very happy with the result.
Had an exceptional experience at Harriet Kelsall. I had been searching for the perfect ring for many months, and nothing was up to scratch. I sat down with Emily, and she understood exactly what I was looking for. I also really appreciated the hand sketches. Working with Alice Hobbs on the design of my ring was such a special experience. Alice listened to everything I said, took it all on board, and designed such a beautiful and unique piece for me that held personal significance. Nothing was rushed and I had the opportunity to look at a number of rings held in store and a selection of gemstones to finalise exactly what it was I wanted. I wanted to use a local jewellers to design and make a ring and I knew I had chosen the right people as soon as I walked into the studio. There were testimonials all over the wall and Holly G understood exactly what I wanted to do, which was to use my own scrap gold to make a ring to a very specific design. She was very knowledgeable regarding the use of mixed qualities of gold and she matched the template of the design exactly in her drawings. The processes and potential pitfalls of hand building scrap gold were explained in great detail and I was informed regularly of the goldsmith’s progress. The ring itself is exactly as I had imagined and so beautiful. The quality of service throughout was brilliant. Thank you all!
After years unworn in my jewellery box, I had three pieces remodelled and transformed into absolutely stunning new designs. The entire process — from the initial phone call through to design and final outcome — was fantastic.
