There is nothing redeeming about this compamy. Bottom of its peer group in terms of fees, service, everything. Theyre not fraudulent, just bad, which gets it 2*
What i dislike the most is that you buy shares and they just never fill your order, and never tell you about it. Multiple times. I once watched a stock grow months on end thinking I owned it, and I never did. Also had an incident where they wouldn't let me withdraw money to buy a car because i had 'moved house too recently'... To top it off theyve just increased their fees! :)
Opening one of these accounts is like opening a bank. You won't change again for a while, probably. Think very carefully before choosing HL.
