Their support has progressively gotten worse over the last 3-6 months; whilst their team's responses have become more vague, I have to follow up and ask multiple follow up questions because their support team aren't reading tickets properly. They used to be able to help with phone number setup as well as CSS/JS and theme formatting, now they simply don't.Quality of answers has become shorter.Price went up by $100/mo for features I don't even use.
