If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. Be cautious of their extremely effective marketing strategies. While I acknowledge their ability to create a strong sales funnel, the quality of their product and customer support is abysmal. I've invested thousands and now find myself trapped in a rigid contract with the worst service I’ve ever encountered. The customer support is no better than what you would get from a low-cost virtual assistant, offering little in terms of personalized assistance. Save your money.
The onboarding assistance provided by the representative was outstanding. They were extremely helpful, addressed all of my inquiries, and are perhaps the most cheerful person I've encountered! I’m excited to bring customers on board with the support of the team.
