I placed an order for some clothes for my husband's birthday and received an email a week later stating, "We haven't forgotten you!" and that the parcel would arrive within 10 days. However, 10 days went by, and my husband's birthday came and went. I eventually opened a dispute with the payment platform and received my refund about a week later. I was shocked that a well-known company would handle things this poorly. I didn't check reviews before ordering, and after doing so, I was grateful I used the payment platform; otherwise, I believe I would still be waiting for my money if I had tried to get a refund directly from the company. I strongly advise against using their service!
