Key points: A current employee of the broker confirmed through messaging that my account was linked to the strategy of an unlicensed third party.
That third party later acknowledged in writing that this broker acted as its financial intermediary.
The agreement I signed had the “Asset Manager” section completely empty—lacking any name, license, or fee structure.
My name was incorrectly recorded in their system, suggesting inadequate identity verification.
My account was switched from “Standard” to “Global” in October 2024—just before all trading history vanished and my balance was entirely depleted.
All communication (including follow-ups after my complaint) occurred solely via messaging in an unofficial language, avoiding compliance protocols.
Despite clear evidence, the broker brushed off my concerns as “no new factual information” and relied on contractual clauses for protection.
A warning to other investors:
This broker claims to be regulated, yet allows employees to utilize client accounts for unverified external schemes—without transparency, proper identification processes, or disclosure of who truly manages your funds. My complaint is currently under review by the relevant financial authority, which has already identified a “supervision failure” in this matter. I do not recommend this broker if you prioritize transparency, client protection, and true regulatory compliance.
