The design is absolutely terrible and the support non-existent. I bought a 2660 flip to replace a dumb phone that kept pressing buttons inside my pocket, flip = lid right problem solved NOOOOOThe idiots have put an emergency call button on the side together with a volume control so now I get emergency operators wanting to know why I called them and miss calls entirely because the phone is in silent mode, a complete waste of money just on those two points alone.As for operability I could write a book on it's shortcomings but that would bore you all......Just don't take any notice of NOKIA anymore, they are not fit for purpose!
