Fist time buyer ) because of the morons at HML it took a year for the sale to complete , you have to purchase their bullshit sellers pack (about a much use as a happy meal) then a variation the the lease was required for £2300 event though the deed was worded as as per the inclusions related not one of the morons had the bollocks to sign it so had to pay another £900 for their trumped up legal dept to review ,,, if you value your poetry then stay well clear of HML , they couldn’t manage a piss up in a brewery
