The return policy for faulty items is terrible, they refuse to send you a replacement out for faulty DVD's, you are told that if it's in store you can exchange it but if they don't have one you need to return it in post get a refund and have to reorder it. You need to do all the messing around and costumer service is the wrong name, the staff in store are a lot more helpful.
