I use HMV for all my new releases and pre-orders. Been with them for quite a few years now and generally speaking they are my first port of call (I occasionally use other sites for exclusive covers or different vinyl colours).
I have only one complaint and thats if you go onto pre-orders and bulk order a large list of items, once one of the new releases has been sent it’s virtually impossible to cancel anything else from your main order number, or even cancel all the rest of the items in the order!
But this wee grumble aside, I am really happy with their excellent customer service and returns are a piece of cake, all you have to do is find the item you want to return and providing its still factory sealed and undamaged you can get your return picked up from home using the postie, or use a drop box at your nearest store/post office.
