Today was my first visit to HMV, and it honestly couldn’t have been a better experience. I attended the signing event with Jeff Goldblum, and everyone, including Jeff himself, was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming.
Our car broke down earlier that day, so my husband couldn’t help with the children as he awaited breakdow ncover. The staff were completely understanding and had no issue with my kids staying with me during the signing. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The children were even given signed photos and photo taken which meant so much to them.
It was such a positive and memorable experience for our whole family. Shopping experience was a bliss too. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism – we truly appreciate it.
