I am incredibly let down by the service at this branch. It took over an hour and a half to open a simple savings account, which is completely unacceptable. The process is very slow, and there appears to be favoritism towards certain customers. This experience has caused me significant frustration and inconvenience. I sincerely hope management will focus on enhancing efficiency, fairness, and customer service here.
