I am quite unhappy with the service at this branch. It took over an hour and a half to open a basic savings account, which is completely unacceptable. The process was extremely slow, and there was clear favoritism towards certain customers. This experience has been very frustrating and inconvenient for me. I hope management will address the need for better efficiency, fairness, and customer service at this location.
