Got my SIM as a non-resident of Italy without any trouble in the shop. App is easy to install, easy to handle. Re-charging via browser or app. I would prefer monthly automatic debits of my bank account instead of reloading every month. They only have prepaid-cards. Affordable price for data volumes. Off-peak in holiday areas normal speed. In August it slows down as Vodafone clients seem to be prioritized. Tested another company - faster downloads in my area but super slow uploads. Ho. can do both and has a good coverage. Can recommend it overall.
