I received my SIM without any issues as a non-resident of Italy at the shop. The app is simple to install and easy to navigate. I appreciate the option to recharge via browser or app, although I would prefer automatic monthly debits from my bank account instead of having to reload manually each month, as they only offer prepaid cards. The data prices are reasonable, and during off-peak times in holiday areas, the speed is adequate. However, in August, it tends to slow down since clients of a major competitor appear to be prioritized. I tested another provider that offered faster downloads in my area, but their uploads were significantly slower. Overall, this service provides both good speed and coverage, and I can recommend it.

I ordered esim, paid extra for it, just to discover that my current UK number is not valid for esim activation. There was no warnings saying you must have italian phone number to activate esim and to register through the app. Another awful part is that you only can contact support through their "free call" phone number. How am I supposed to make a call without a sim card?Be careful purchasing their services, you might be left fooled.
I bought a new italian SIM last month because I need to call Italian mobile and land-line numbers from UK. I chose Ho mobile because it's the network provider which has got the best offer for my needs after Brexit. However even if when I am in Italy my SIM works normally, when I come back to the UK it's impossible to connect to the local network provider both manually and automatically, then it's impossible to use this very good offer and being able to call Italian mobile and land-line numbers from here and receive calls from Italy! I hope that my review will help improving this service and solve this problem as soon as possible.
