I ordered esim, paid extra for it, just to discover that my current UK number is not valid for esim activation. There was no warnings saying you must have italian phone number to activate esim and to register through the app. Another awful part is that you only can contact support through their "free call" phone number. How am I supposed to make a call without a sim card?Be careful purchasing their services, you might be left fooled.
