My phone was stolen. I went to a HO store in Via Padova after going to the police and got a new SIM card with the same number. The seller told me it only cost five euros and I gave him 5 euros. But when I came back home and put a SIM card in my new cell phone and downloaded HO app again and I saw that my budget from €15 decreased to €10. It means that two 5 euros are decreased from my budget which is not correct. you didn't have online support in HO app I called but no one answered. Please give me back my money.
