The main issue wasn't just that my order was returned; it was the unhelpful and challenging experience with customer service. The package was clearly sent back to them, and despite purchasing their package protection, they require a police report to be filed within a 2-day window, or else the case is permanently closed. This is not a reasonable expectation. I've initiated a claim with their team, who are supposed to provide a resolution promptly. However, they insist on receiving a PDF confirmation of a filed police report within 2 business days, or my claim will be closed without the chance to reopen it.
