Frustrating customer support experience

The main issue wasn't just that my order was sent back; it was the difficulty in reaching customer service. The package was clearly returned to the sender, and I had purchased their package protection. However, they only allow a 2-day window to 'file a police report' or else the case is permanently closed. This is not worth the risk. The customer service has been terrible. I started a claim with their team, who are supposed to resolve it quickly. To move forward, they need a confirmation of a filed police report in PDF format within 2 business days, or my claim will be closed and can't be reopened.

Awful customer service experience

The customer service is severely lacking. I could never get through by phone, and getting an email reply felt like a major effort. They held my package for over a week and a half. When I reached out to inquire about the order, they cited it as a 'high-risk' order without any clear explanation. Thankfully, I contacted them, or I might have never received it. This has been the worst retail experience I've ever encountered, with poor communication and unsatisfactory excuses. It seems like e-commerce may not suit this company. They take your money, fail to send the order, and don’t even notify you. It's very frustrating.

Lack of appreciation for customers

I ordered multiple items but faced numerous issues with my order. After taking my payment, they held onto it for two months before canceling most of my items just days before the launch, leaving me frustrated. Their communication was poor, and they charged a restocking fee for items I tried to cancel promptly. I've had multiple negative experiences with them, and despite spending a significant amount, I feel undervalued as a customer. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer concerns is alarming. I suggest spending your money elsewhere.

Poor customer service and unrealistic demands for police reports

Customer service is nearly impossible to reach

Reaching customer service is a major challenge due to their limited hours and slow response times. I attempted to cancel an order shortly after placing it, but my requests were ignored, and my order was shipped anyway. The speed of shipping felt questionable, especially given their strict no-refund policy. Now I’m stuck with an unwanted item, and the pricing is excessive. This experience has made me reconsider shopping with them, as it discourages new customers from engaging with the hobby.
