The customer service is severely lacking. I could never get through by phone, and getting an email reply felt like a major effort. They held my package for over a week and a half. When I reached out to inquire about the order, they cited it as a 'high-risk' order without any clear explanation. Thankfully, I contacted them, or I might have never received it. This has been the worst retail experience I've ever encountered, with poor communication and unsatisfactory excuses. It seems like e-commerce may not suit this company. They take your money, fail to send the order, and don’t even notify you. It's very frustrating.
