The main issue wasn't just that my order was sent back; it was the difficulty in reaching customer service. The package was clearly returned to the sender, and I had purchased their package protection. However, they only allow a 2-day window to 'file a police report' or else the case is permanently closed. This is not worth the risk. The customer service has been terrible. I started a claim with their team, who are supposed to resolve it quickly. To move forward, they need a confirmation of a filed police report in PDF format within 2 business days, or my claim will be closed and can't be reopened.
