i have pre ordered a Nendoroid from them a month before release, now keep in mind December and then January, once it was january there was the New Years japan thing right ? in the messages ((which took them days to answer)) they said around January 10-January 15 and even after January 15 they went and said "not in stock" when infact the listing had the December date and it was released in China, and Japan by other stores.fast forward to January 24th when i recieved the "refund voucher" i decided to use it for a birthday present to a family member, we are now in the 1st february/midnight 31 january by the time this goes up and they didn't even send the package, "pick up for agent" and i clearly chose FedEx for this.i have been buying from Hobby Genki for years and there are pre orders that i did still on the site and they have 0% human communication about shipping, very delayed communication messages and most of all embarassing contradictions about pre order items such as in stock-no stock, they had Hajime Hinata Nendoroid listing as pre order and then "few last in stock" in orange text on the listing when they told me that the item wasn't instock at January 16there are screenshots as well. you should know who i am by this TrustPilot message, my audience on Instagram is huge including news coverage of third party and i always ensure accuracy service and discuss with sellers.very disappointed about you Hobby Genki, highly advise to not buy if you are from US and middle east, waiting for item to be shipped for long and delayed customer service and they do answer fast to people who has 10k+ instagram followers which that can be proven too.
