I purchased an item ($100+) in November 2024. It was a pre-order, to be delivered in January 2025. It was postponed and remained so until I was informed I had to pay extra in August 2025 or it would not be shipped. I paid the extra $20. It was shipped through a different company, and I was told I had to pay $30 more for shipping again. When the company tried to deliver, the delivery person was sketchy and couldn't tell me where it was from, but demanded payment before giving me the package. When I couldn't confirm the sender, I did not accept the package and asked them to return the next day. They did not return w/ the package. I have been told to talk to UPS by Hobby Genki and told it was sent back to the company by UPS. More than a year and $150 later, I have no item and no refund.
