**This review is mostly for the speed of the service rather then anything wrong with my item**
Ive recently ordered 2 items on March 3rd, the reason I am giving a 3 star review (average experience) is due to the much slower service provided to me, however nothing arrived damaged, so it is unfair for me to provide entirely negative feedback under 3 stars.
Ive been shopping with Hobby Genki for a couple years now and they never disappointed, however this time round I had to keep chasing them up for updates as the wait became awful and wasnt shipped out till after 3 weeks of waiting. The customer service if it replied was good but it wasn't as speedy as it used to be.
Im not too sure if I will be ordering from here anytime soon, but I hope that they see this review and take the constructive criticism to not let themselves slip and become infamous, I would hate for that to happen as Hobby Genki are really good when it comes to safely delivering your items and affordable.
Overall, they didnt do bad, they just could've done better to get my items sent quickly.
Both my items arrived safely and securely just FYI.
