I had a very frustrating experience at a local store. I was informed that only the manager could handle a refund, but she was occupied assisting customers instead of allowing other staff to help. Consequently, I waited 25 minutes for a straightforward refund. When the manager finally arrived at the checkout, I calmly pointed out that the wait was excessive. She responded in a completely unprofessional way — becoming angry, raising her voice, refusing to process the refund, and telling me to leave the store as she walked away. This level of customer service and management behavior is intolerable. I will not be returning.
