Their online service is also handy as our nearest one is a good 45 mins drive away so we mostly buy online and the website and buying process are simple to navigate and delivery is swift.

As a terminally ill sufferer of Mesothelioma it's hard to believe children could have been exposed to this extremely aggressive and deadly cancer,at any age let alone young children

I had a very frustrating experience at a local store. I was informed that only the manager could handle a refund, but she was occupied assisting customers instead of allowing other staff to help. Consequently, I waited 25 minutes for a straightforward refund. When the manager finally arrived at the checkout, I calmly pointed out that the wait was excessive. She responded in a completely unprofessional way — becoming angry, raising her voice, refusing to process the refund, and telling me to leave the store as she walked away. This level of customer service and management behavior is intolerable. I will not be returning.
I received an email regarding the click and collect service, but it stated that I needed to wait for another email before I could pick up my order, even though the store had it available. Since Saturday, I've been waiting for confirmation but have had no success. Ultimately, I chose to cancel my order. This has been my most disappointing experience with click and collect, and I won't be using this service again. There are definitely improvements needed.
