My daughter and I love creative things so having such a huge range of different mediums to choose from all from one place is great. Their online service is also handy as our nearest one is a good 45 mins drive away so we mostly buy online and the website and buying process are simple to navigate and delivery is swift.

However staggered to read today that Asbestos has been found in children's toy activity.
As a terminally ill sufferer of Mesothelioma it's hard to believe children could have been exposed to this extremely aggressive and deadly cancer,at any age let alone young children
I don't want to use this store again.

Very frustrating experience at a local store.

I had a very frustrating experience at a local store. I was informed that only the manager could handle a refund, but she was occupied assisting customers instead of allowing other staff to help. Consequently, I waited 25 minutes for a straightforward refund. When the manager finally arrived at the checkout, I calmly pointed out that the wait was excessive. She responded in a completely unprofessional way — becoming angry, raising her voice, refusing to process the refund, and telling me to leave the store as she walked away. This level of customer service and management behavior is intolerable. I will not be returning.

Disappointing Experience with the Click and Collect Service

I received an email regarding the click and collect service, but it stated that I needed to wait for another email before I could pick up my order, even though the store had it available. Since Saturday, I've been waiting for confirmation but have had no success. Ultimately, I chose to cancel my order. This has been my most disappointing experience with click and collect, and I won't be using this service again. There are definitely improvements needed.

Satisfied with the delivery and ordering experience.

Pleased with the delivery and the entire ordering process. I purchased items to build my Fashion Portfolio for an assessment. They offer products that are difficult to find in other places. I would definitely recommend.

Felt like just another number

I felt rushed at checkout after waiting patiently in line. There was little assistance with using vouchers. The quality of the products has declined, while prices have significantly increased. I doubt I'll return.

Fantastic experience with the service

I genuinely enjoy this service; they often have the best prices, and now you can use Christmas vouchers online, which wasn't possible a few years ago. Their packaging is robust, and the prices are fair. I used to think this service was only for those with more disposable income, but it's now much more accessible for disabled customers on tight budgets. I would gladly recommend it.

Terrible customer support

I placed an online order over a week ago; they took the £28 payment, but all I received are three small pieces of ribbon. The order is still processing with no delivery timeline. It was for my granddaughter's birthday party this weekend, so I had to order from another source. I submitted queries online and via email but received no response. I expected much better and won't risk using them again.

Searching for a specific item

I went in looking for a specific item but found no staff available to assist. I had to ask at the checkout for vague directions upstairs and ended up wandering around. Eventually, I found a staff member and located the item. I paid and left, but it wasn't a pleasant experience; it was quite stressful.
