I wouldn't even give this place a single star if it weren't required for a review. I placed an order that they claimed would be filled and shipped within two days. However, three days later, I was informed that the color I wanted was out of stock and had to choose an alternative. If I wanted something different, I would have ordered that initially. After waiting several more days for shipping, which again exceeded their claims, I received an email stating that my protection plan had been cancelled. I was never refunded the $7.18. They have no phone number, and when I reached out to customer support, I received vague excuses unrelated to my inquiries. I provided my phone number but they never called. I included my order number in every email, yet they keep asking for it. I guess they are not very bright. Tomorrow, I will file a claim with my bank to get my money back from these incompetent people.
