I really wish I could give zero stars, but I had to select at least one to write this review. I placed an order that they assured would be filled and shipped within two days. However, three days later, I was informed that the color I wanted was out of stock and I had to choose from the limited options available. If I had wanted something else, I would have ordered that initially. After waiting several more days for shipment, which was again delayed beyond their claims, I received an email stating that my protection plan was canceled. Although it cost $7.18, I was never refunded. They lack a contact number, and when I reached out to customer support, I received irrelevant excuses that didn’t address my concerns. I provided my phone number, but they never bothered to call. I included my order number in every communication, yet they continuously asked for it. It seems like they are not very competent. Tomorrow, I will go to the bank to file a claim to recover my funds from this unprofessional service.

Tech support is not answering the phone, and the chat feature claims a 48-hour wait, which is unacceptable. I purchased an item that was dead on arrival, and if I return it, I have to cover the shipping costs. I won’t be buying from them again—buyer beware!

This situation has been quite frustrating, and I would like prompt assistance. I've shopped from other sellers before, and if you prefer I don’t shop here, I can certainly do that. My experience trying to create an account has been disappointing.
While prices are appealing, the company fails to disclose shipping times and stock availability before you order. I placed an order expecting it to arrive before December 25th, only to find out it was shipping from overseas after confirming local stock. I attempted to cancel but was unable to, and now I’m left waiting with no updates. I had to buy from another seller to meet my deadline, wasting my money here.
