Extremely Frustrating Experience

I really wish I could give zero stars, but I had to select at least one to write this review. I placed an order that they assured would be filled and shipped within two days. However, three days later, I was informed that the color I wanted was out of stock and I had to choose from the limited options available. If I had wanted something else, I would have ordered that initially. After waiting several more days for shipment, which was again delayed beyond their claims, I received an email stating that my protection plan was canceled. Although it cost $7.18, I was never refunded. They lack a contact number, and when I reached out to customer support, I received irrelevant excuses that didn’t address my concerns. I provided my phone number, but they never bothered to call. I included my order number in every communication, yet they continuously asked for it. It seems like they are not very competent. Tomorrow, I will go to the bank to file a claim to recover my funds from this unprofessional service.

I wouldn't even give this place a single star if it weren't required for a review. I placed an order that they claimed would be filled and shipped within two days. Tomorrow, I will file a claim with my bank to get my money back from these incompetent people.

Positive experience with my order

I ordered an item and was informed by customer service that it was out of stock and would ship in about two weeks. It shipped as promised, and the support I received was excellent. I’m puzzled by the negative reviews; my experience was quite satisfactory.

Lack of customer service

This company seems to have abandoned customer service altogether. I ordered a product and after ten days, I received no shipping information. I sent two emails inquiring about the status but received no replies. When I attempted to call, I was only told to leave a voicemail. If I don't hear back before my credit card bill is due, I will dispute the charge. I've made several purchases in the past without issues, but once this situation is resolved, I will not be returning.

Defective product and no help

I bought a product that arrived recently. After assembling it, I plugged in the receiver and battery, but nothing happened—no sounds or lights. I tried various batteries and receivers, but to no avail. I replaced the ESC with my own and it worked fine. I requested a replacement for the defective unit and a return label, but after multiple emails, I’ve received no response. It's been five days and I can't use it, and the phone support is useless.

Tech support is unresponsive

Tech support is not answering the phone, and the chat feature claims a 48-hour wait, which is unacceptable. I purchased an item that was dead on arrival, and if I return it, I have to cover the shipping costs. I won’t be buying from them again—buyer beware!

Account creation issues

I am trying to set up an account but can't proceed without agreeing to the User Agreement. I would appreciate guidance on where to find it, as it's necessary for me to continue. This situation has been quite frustrating, and I would like prompt assistance. I've shopped from other sellers before, and if you prefer I don’t shop here, I can certainly do that. My experience trying to create an account has been disappointing.

CAUTION!

I ordered a gift on December 7th, and it still hasn’t arrived. The tracking link says data not recognized. When I called the company, the representative barely spoke English and had no clue about my order. Proceed with caution!

Misleading shipping information

While prices are appealing, the company fails to disclose shipping times and stock availability before you order. I placed an order expecting it to arrive before December 25th, only to find out it was shipping from overseas after confirming local stock. I attempted to cancel but was unable to, and now I’m left waiting with no updates. I had to buy from another seller to meet my deadline, wasting my money here.
