Defective product and no help

I bought a product that arrived recently. After assembling it, I plugged in the receiver and battery, but nothing happened—no sounds or lights. I tried various batteries and receivers, but to no avail. I replaced the ESC with my own and it worked fine. I requested a replacement for the defective unit and a return label, but after multiple emails, I’ve received no response. It's been five days and I can't use it, and the phone support is useless.
