Awful! Similar to other reviews here, company is based in China with a co.uk website. Won't honour return policy, despite their pledge on the website of "easy returns". Only offered me a return to Germany address with me liable for tax. Great if you want to gamble on their poor sizing but the quality of the shoe was also poor.
