Very unhappy with the customer service, this company appears to be a UK based company, but it is based in China.I usually check the trustpilot reviews before I buy anything, but frustratingly for some reason, I did not on this occasion!I’ve been trying to return a pair of shoes for a week or so now. I just get suggestions of keeping the shoes and getting 20% back and reselling them then I was given an address in Germany to return them to, but no option to put a contact number or contact name on the phone so Evri won’t accept them to deliver them.Now they said I should swap them for another pair of shoes.I just want my money back and I just want to return the shoes. It shouldn’t be that difficult, but clearly it is and I imagine I will not get my money back again which is very frustrating.
