I ordered a shirt in late July, and I received a tracking number, and a thank you for ordering, email. Pretty standard. After a month passed I emailed them to ask where my shirt was. They responded that they would look into it. A couple of more emails between us (always apologetic and respectful), I was contemplating asking for a refund. I did finally receive my shirt (a terrific shirt!), and I let them know immediately. They again emailed me and thanked me for the update.These gentleman do not make these shirts themselves, and all online businesses may have their issues (production, personnel, quality, shipping issues, etc) but, to receive what I believe to be sincere correspondence, for the delays, is a mark of a conscientious operation. I would not hesitate to make a future purchase from them. In fact if my choice is between receiving a unique item next week from around the world, and a unique item from Canada or USA, that takes longer - I’m sticking to North America, thank you.
