Great products but shipping issues

I ordered a t-shirt that says 'Jesus flipped tables for less' along with a hoodie featuring a popular phrase. The total cost of $73, including shipping, feels excessive, and I believe orders over fifty should qualify for free shipping. The hoodie is comfortable and warm, while the t-shirt is quite thin. It fits well but is somewhat disappointing. The hoodies fit snugly, but my afro makes it a tight fit, which isn't a major issue. I placed my order on December 4 and received it by December 22. I understand they are a small business, but they should consider hiring more staff during busy seasons. Additionally, their pricing could use some reevaluation. While many customers express frustration, I've had good communication with them; they respond, even if it's the next day. It's important to give them a chance. The hoodies are very nice, but the t-shirts definitely need to be thicker.

Disappointing experience, do not recommend

Extremely disappointing! They took our money and provided no response for months. When I finally heard back, they claimed no record of our previous communications, and the chat option was with a bot, which they said they weren't responsible for. Both claims were false; I had sent several emails, left voicemails, and chatted with a real person. They are refusing to refund the money they continued to charge monthly, which we could never use for a purchase. I cannot recommend them due to their poor customer service and the quality of their products not justifying the cost.

Issues with fulfillment process

The fulfillment process has been quite challenging. There were misleading offers on the website, and my request for a refund was declined before I even received my order. Despite providing evidence of their refund policy, they initially refused to refund my money. After numerous emails, I finally received an apology and a promise of a refund. I returned the unopened package as instructed, but the refund was not processed correctly, leading to more emails until I managed to reach someone who could resolve the issue.

Happy with my shirts and socks

I see numerous negative reviews and wonder if those people are real customers. I've had a great experience with them. Complaints about shipping delays seem unreasonable, considering they are a small business and can't compete with larger companies for speed. Issues with subscription charges

I purchased a shirt and a few items, but there’s no way to contact customer service to stop the $9.95 monthly auto-pay charge. I used to enjoy their content, but now I feel misled. I advise against ordering anything!

Frustrating experience with the company

This company has taken advantage of customers, particularly those who support conservative businesses. I waited three weeks for my shirts, which arrived in the wrong size. Attempts to reach out for assistance were met with little response. When I finally did get a reply, they claimed I exceeded their return policy, which is based on the order date rather than when I received the items. I have yet to find resolution, and I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
