I ordered 4 shirts and a couple of keychains. It took 5 days short of 2 MONTHS to receive the stuff I ordered, and when it arrived, the order was incomplete, and two of the 4 shirts I had originally ordered weren't even in the parcel! There were 2 shirts sent to me that I didnt even order, and when I contacted customer support they said they would not fulfill my original order (that I had already paid for) until they received the two mistakenly sent shirts back. Then when I inquired about the fourth shirt that was not even included in my order, they said they would authorize the shipping dept to ship that shirt! What the heck, I already paid for it, why does there need to be a authorization to send, just send me my stuff already!! As of today, I have one shirt (not the 4 I ordered) and the two keychains out of my entire order. The other thing that seems sketchy is there has never been a announcement for the truck and trailer I had entered in for (over 2 months after the drawing ended) and the current drawing date keeps getting pushed further out. I will never buy anything from these guys again, which is unfortunate because I really like the message of their merch.
