I ordered two shirts and two hats. After two weeks of not hearing from them, I emailed customer service to receive the response "we've made changes with vendors and are awaiting printing." A month went by and I emailed customer service again to receive the same generic response. Another two weeks and the same. I finally texted the number for customer service and received a response that my items were shipped that day. About a week or two went by and I finally received the items, but I don't think the print will last a few washes. Very poor quality products. I love these guys, but I won't buy their cheaply made, over priced crap again. Definitely not what I was expecting.
