Worst Customer Service ever, Booked a cottage and within six minutes cancelled the booking but they are keeping the full payment they just keep referring to T&C. I not sure this part of the refund policy would legally seen as fair in its application. Despite the Consumer Rights Act and the Distance Selling Act the company think their T&C are reasonable. I am not surprised the CMS became involved in their practices during Covid. I intend exploring s75 CRA in respect of recouping this money.
