I received a call from the company apologizing for the poor experience, and they sent a new cleaner and fire starters free of charge the next day. It's nice that they follow up on customer feedback. However, I received a broken bottle of cleaner with my order, and the driver told me to handle it myself since it was the last one he had. I won't be using this service again!
