Ordered a pair of Hoka Anacapa mid shoes on the 8th January. Paid for next day delivery! Didn't arrive. No contact from DPD. Now on the 12th and still nothing. Attempted to contact Hoka through their Ai chat bot. This scenario obviously has not been used and it just says someone will be in contact with you in 3 days? They have my money but no feedback re delivery other than something has gone wrong and they will investigate. Are any humans working at their offices as it seems impossible to speak to someone. I like the Hoka products but the customer service aspect is atrocious. For a company with a good reputation for quality products they need to review the customer care aspect. Very frustrating and disappointing.
