If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I’ve had zero contact with them and despite trying multiple ways to contact them, I’ve received absolutely no response.
I recently visited the Hoka store in Covent Garden and spoke with a team member who was completely unhelpful. I then emailed customer support and received no reply. After that, I attempted to use their live chat service, but once again, no agent ever got back to me as promised.
I completed a 5km as part of a run club wearing my HOKA Bondi 9 shoes and experienced significant rubbing on the inside of both feet. After removing the shoes, I found a large extremely painful blood blister on one foot, and a smaller abrasion and blood blister on the other, as shown in the attached photo.
This was not an isolated incident. I have worn these shoes four to five times, and each time I experienced blistering in the same area. I initially thought this was part of breaking them in, but the issue continued and worsened, leading to this injury. After the run others in the run club came up to me asking what shoes I wore. After speaking to some people, they said blisters was a common fault with Hoka and they’ve known or had similar issues personally with them.

Ordered a pair of Hoka Anacapa mid shoes on the 8th January. Paid for next day delivery! Didn't arrive. No contact from DPD. Now on the 12th and still nothing. Attempted to contact Hoka through their Ai chat bot. This scenario obviously has not been used and it just says someone will be in contact with you in 3 days? They have my money but no feedback re delivery other than something has gone wrong and they will investigate. Are any humans working at their offices as it seems impossible to speak to someone. I like the Hoka products but the customer service aspect is atrocious. For a company with a good reputation for quality products they need to review the customer care aspect. Very frustrating and disappointing.
Delivery wasn't attempted. Then I was told it was at a collection point that I hadn't requested. This was with DPD so not unexpected. However, it is impossible to contact HoKa there is only an AI chat bot that doesn't understand the nuance of what I was asking.
Absolutely terrible service, ordered trainers online, paid for, when they arrived, correct invoice but completely wrong trainers in colour and size. Nearly two weeks later still waiting for them to sort the problem and provide the correct trainers ! Absolutely shocking customer service
I recently placed an order for a pair of shoes in a size 3.5, realised that these were too small so I requested an exchange for the same size up. Instead of recieving an exchange I recieved an immediate refund. I reached out to customer service and spoke to Carla who was amazing. She gave me a discount code for the trouble and I placed a new order for the size up!
Excellent experience, I ordered a pair of Clifton 9, however I didn't like the fit, so decided to return them, I returned via Royal Mail tracked 24, return arrived on Friday the 7th of March 2025, refund issued next business day Monday the 10th of March, in my bank Wednesday the the 12th of March.
