Disgraceful service. Prepaid consultation with advised 'up to 15mins wait time' but left in waiting rooms for over an hour whilst receiving repeated missed appointment SMS notifications. Wasted time sending support emails, only to be placed back in waiting rooms to start wait time all over again. Then received doctor is delayed SMS. All this looping whilst incredibly unwell and barely able to speak. Not to mention couldn't leave my phone, access bathroom etc without risk of loosing place in queue.Seeking refund. Avoid at all costs.
