Frustrating initial experience

Caution with your choices

Some of the doctors are fantastic, while others are not. In hindsight, I should have opted for a teleconsult. I did that and didn’t receive a callback. Eventually, I booked a teleconsult elsewhere and got a diagnosis for my sinus infection within 30 minutes. The consultant asked about other medications I needed, but the initial prescription I requested never materialized. I was ready to pay for my visit. If I wanted poor treatment, I wouldn't have sought help.

Struggled to get COVID antivirals

I needed COVID antivirals and tried multiple times to order through the app, even calling the pharmacy several times. By the time it was sorted, the price had soared to $1100. The pharmacy mentioned the doctor had overlooked something in the prescription. The doctor said it wasn't bulk billed, but it shouldn't have cost that much. I attempted to get a new prescription, but the support team blocked it, and the doctor didn’t rectify their mistake. Overall, I'd say the service fell short.

Convenient emergency services
