They left me waiting for an hour and a half.. and only after sending emails to their support did I get a response saying they can't find my booking.. asking me to reply with my personal information including DOB by email (who are these clowns)... I eventually got another reply telling me (in a badly copy/pasted response with diff text colour and font to the rest)
"Thank you for booking with Hola Health. The practitioner has reviewed the questionnaire you submitted and unfortunately, it is incomplete. As a result, the doctor is unable to proceed with your appointment.
We will need to cancel your current booking. Please complete the questionnaire in full and rebook your appointment at your convenience.
We are processing your refund, please note it can take 5-10 business days to reach your account. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
No actual details of what was missing (this was a very basic appointment) and meanwhile my browser was still open and allegedly waiting for the doctor to connect.
Absolute shambles. It would suggest to me that since there is massive amount of 5* reviews, and then nothing inbetween until a bunch of 1* reviews, most of the reviews are bought - and that this is a complete cowboy operation, taking advantage of poor regulation and standards in the telehealth field.
