Had connection troubles in China and the team worked with me to trouble shoot issues, eventually giving me a new esim in a matter of hours. Although it would have been great for the sim to work with to start, China is a harder country to have that certainty for obvious reasons and the team worked closely with me when they were aware of the matter; they saved me from being stranded in China!
