I was experiencing problems with my travel eSIM getting a ‘No Service’ error.
It was very easy to get connected to a support agent through the app. An agent (Emma) reached out within a few minutes and assisted with FPOC troubleshooting. She was very professional and I appreciated the constant communication. When she was unable to solve the problem, she escalated my case to the higher technical team and another agent (Rina) reached out within seconds. She then proceeded to diagnose the problem efficiently and was able to resolve it within a few minutes. She was extremely professional and quick with updates which assured me my case was being treated with care and respect.
