I purchased a sim for my Asia trip last year and technically the sim worked flawlessly in both China and Japan. No issues.
Big problem is customer service. It's fully AI, Both email and WhatsApp. Totally useless. Just let me speak to a human.
I had an issue where the customer service button in the app used to worked but randomly the popup would appear but i'd get an error message. I thought emailing customer support with a screenshot and an explanation would suffice. Oh no, It didn't. I messaged them in August 2025 and still having major issues with them now in Feb 2026.
DO NOT USE.
I will not be buying from them again. BIG WARNING if you value customer service.
I'll be happy to update this review if an actual human reaches out, and resolves the issues i've had/have, like i've asked for many many times.
I will await an email from a REAL HUMAN BEING to resolve ALL issues. Then, AND ONLY THEN, will I update this review.
