Some might find their experiences positive, for me it has been an utter nightmare! If I could I would put a zero rating. I’ve had countless interruptions ranging from 15 minutes to 15 hours. Their technical support team, after a brief apology, sometimes don’t even get back to you. I live outside Denia and have no coverage, no 4G or 5G so whenever there’s a break in their services I have to walk half a mile just to let them know. And then wait endlessly for a response ( if there is one). I’ve repeatedly been told this won’t happen again… but this scenario has been repeating itself for a year now. I wonder if any of the top managers will ever read this ot even if they really care. I would DEFINITELY not recommend them - except to my worst enemy !Just a small add on to your response about ‘only 2 incidents reported’ I have about 12 WhatsApp messages in which I’ve reported a break down. I’d be happy to share them with you. Just wanted to set the record straight.
