I’ve never seen such a bad service in my life.
You shouldn’t start business, guys, if you aren’t ready to provide quality product. My plan costs 50€ and 100€ for installation, that’s more expensive than other providers.
When I ask a manager in Denia office, are there any problems with connection, he told me HolaWiFi is the best product on the market, and it’s possible only in case of global blackout or absence of electricity or connection.
First 2 days were ok, stable connection and good speed, but on the 3rd day connection was dropped and we hadn’t any internet.
I called support and they told me we have some problems just wait a little.
Next day I called support they told me there are no any problems but I’ve still hadn’t connection. I called them about 25 times while this time.
So now is the 8th day without internet, and a technician should have come today, but they just sent me a message, sorry we can visit and fix this time (they suggested me).
HolaWiFi is not about serious approach to business and service. I think maximum you can do, guys, is selling beer on the beach.

Since October 18, 2025 we have had continual interruptions in our internet service. We reported this to HolaWifi who promised to resolve the issue. No success. Eventually, at the end of November, they told us that they would send a technical assistant to check our situation. Despite repeated WhatsApps, we are syill waiting!
What I love about Hola Wifi is that I can send a whatsapp message to a real person and can be 100% sure that a real person will reply, with their name and they really sound like they want to quickly solve my problem. And they did! Compare this to the challenge of accessing a service in the UK.....

I have just left Hola Wifi after three years. However I am leaving a 4 star review. Why? Well it has been an interesting ride to say the least. The actual service has been 50/50. Sometimes it works and works well. Other times it is awful. Slow speed and numerous hours of not working at all. But I signed up with them after some time with Aeromax. Are they still going? And Hola are streets ahead of that experience. So why the positive review? Well they have tried! They have tried their level best to get it working. They respond to WhatsApp messages very quickly and they follow up with a phone to call ask how it’s going. Is it fixed? Are you happy? So although it isn’t a perfect service they do their best to try and make it work. I didn’t have fibre in my area when I signed up with Hola but I do now. So I’ve left and will give the guys a chance. If you are stuck for any Internet in say a rural area Hola are worth a go. If it works it works.
Been trying to get an internet router for 2 weeks and all information I got is that that the router has been shipped a long time ago. "The person responsible for sending it is either having a siesta, is on a holiday or that the factory has delivery problems" was their excuse for it not arriving.They also repeatedly say they will get Pepe to call me (who never does).They are quick to accept 250 euro's, but unprofessional and definitely not the company to use for getting internet set up. Go elsewhere.
Some might find their experiences positive, for me it has been an utter nightmare! If I could I would put a zero rating. I’ve had countless interruptions ranging from 15 minutes to 15 hours. Their technical support team, after a brief apology, sometimes don’t even get back to you. I live outside Denia and have no coverage, no 4G or 5G so whenever there’s a break in their services I have to walk half a mile just to let them know. And then wait endlessly for a response ( if there is one). I’ve repeatedly been told this won’t happen again… but this scenario has been repeating itself for a year now. I wonder if any of the top managers will ever read this ot even if they really care. I would DEFINITELY not recommend them - except to my worst enemy !Just a small add on to your response about ‘only 2 incidents reported’ I have about 12 WhatsApp messages in which I’ve reported a break down. I’d be happy to share them with you. Just wanted to set the record straight.
We are so disappointed we joined them in their early days, and could not fault the service,but recently they seem to have last their way. No response to calls,speed of internet drops, to try and get a response is hopeless spend your life on the phone.
