I wanted to move my line with me to my new apartment so I called them in advance that I was going to move. Nobody called back to make an appointment to remove the old antenna on time only after I had already moved. The mechanic said he was coming to my new apartment to install the internet on a Thursday morning so I took time of work so he could come around and do the job. But he doesn't show up because the office told him they need the old antenna back first so he couldn't do anything. So I called the office to tell them that I no longer have the keys to the old apartment and I don't know the people that live there. They just told me that I had figure it out myself! Knock on the door or find a way to get their phone number, Ridiculous!! So after a week and half of no internet and now this I decided to cancel the contract, but they said I would still have to return the old antenna otherwise they would take 120 euros out of my account as a damage claim. I let them know on time that I was going to move and that there were several antennas on the apartment building and I didn't know which one was mine and I was willing to pay for a mechanic to come and remove it which is what I had agreed upon with the office.They may sound like a great internet provider on the Spanish radio but I would not recommend them, their office is a mess and I had to speak to 5 different people to explain what happened and they all just said that I have to find a way to get the antenna back even though I had explained again and again that I can't get back in the old place.
