Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the level of customer service at Mazda Oldham. It doesn't deserve a 1 star but I had to rate them in order to post this review. The dealership had advertised and confirmed an offer which they then retracted upon our visit to them. In my opinion it was to get the customer through their door. Once through the door they were asking for a much higher price than advertised. They tried to explain away the reason for the higher asking price which we had doubts about. When speaking to the platform which advertised their initial offer, it became evidently clear that the dealership had been untruthful and dishonest about the change in price and because of this, we decided to go with another Mazda dealership. We asked for the deposit to be refunded, however they became extremely rude, confrontational and disrespectful towards my wife and I and in my opinion, they pressured us by using bullying tactics to try and keep us with their dealership. They were reluctant to return my deposit and had zero interest in acknowledging or resolving any of my concerns, even with the General Manager was being dismissive and even accused me of 'messing them about'!This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership; I am truly shocked and disgusted by their unethical behavior which I thought was unacceptable. You have been warned. I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone, which is why I have written this review.
